Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Immersive Gamebox Fun Pass products, including the 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass.

1. Pass Validity

Fun Passes are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
- 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass: Valid for one calendar month from the purchase date.

2. Booking Access

Each Fun Pass allows guests to make reservations for Immersive Gamebox experiences during the pass validity period. Each booking allows up to six (6) players in one Gamebox. Pass holders must reserve sessions through the official booking system using their unique pass code. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Capacity Limits

To maintain availability for all guests:
- Only one Fun Pass booking per hour per venue may be available.
- Once that allocation is booked, additional pass bookings may not be made for that hour, even if other Gameboxes remain available.
- This restriction applies to all Fun Pass types.

4. Game Session Duration

Game duration availability varies by pass type and by venue.
- 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass: Access to 30 or 60 minute games.

5. Booking Days and Blackout Dates

1-Month Unlimited Play Pass
- Valid seven (7) days per week.
- No blackout dates apply.

6. Identification Requirements

Guests may be required to present valid identification upon arrival to verify pass ownership. This policy is in place to prevent pass sharing. Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to deny entry if pass ownership cannot be verified.

7. Non-Transferability

Fun Passes are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Passes may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

8. Booking Changes and Cancellations

Standard Immersive Gamebox booking policies apply to all reservations made using a Fun Pass. Failure to attend a booked session may result in the loss of that booking opportunity.

9. Venue Participation

Fun Passes are valid only at participating Immersive Gamebox venues where the pass program is offered.

10. Modifications

Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fun Pass program or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

11. Misuse

Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to cancel a Fun Pass without refund if misuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
