Our birthday package includes:
60 minutes of gameplay
A goodie bag for the birthday child
Our game boxes fit 2-6 players
Optional add-ons including decorations, pizza and cupcakes! We also offer a VIP space add-on
VIP Space: A table set up and decorations.

A minimum of 6 guests is required for the birthday party package.

To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.

Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings less than 48 hours away, you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. For tickets purchased within the 48 hour period (same day) are not entitled to reschedule, refund or any compensation should you wish to cancel your booking. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

Although all our venues do accept walk in bookings, due to high demand we do recommend you book in advance to secure your game experience.

Keen to give the gift of fun and games? We thought so! We have a range of gift card amounts available for purchase through of gift card page. The gift card must be purchased for the venue that the giftee intends to play the game at.

We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 3-11) as our two standard tickets.

We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday* on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US).

*Subject to location.

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Shaun the Sheep, Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 16+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.

Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking, if above this number, our system will automatically reserve multiple Gameboxes to accommodate your group size. You will need to spilt your group into teams and you will all play at the same time.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for.

Some of our games are better suited to certain access requirements than others, so if you need advice, please get in touch before booking and we will help you choose on [email protected]. For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light. Please contact us if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to discuss.

Use of lockers are available free of charge at all of our venues for storage of bags, coats and non-essential items while you are playing - however we cannot guarantee availability, so please consider this when planning your experience.

Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active in the Gamebox!

Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our party package page. Please note, full venue hire is subject to location.

You can create a booking for up to 24 players for any standard booking via the book now button at your chosen venue. Please note, for larger bookings it is subject to venue availablity.

At this moment, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into our venues. We do provide catering options through external suppliers for parties, and we're happy to discuss those with you. However, we understand the importance of celebrating with a birthday cake! If you're planning to bring one, please reach out to your venue, and we'll explore the possibility of accommodating this special treat.

Most of our venues do not have separate bars, our new Shoreditch venue has a bar serving different drinks including soft drinks, cocktails, spirits and wine. However our venues without bars have drinks are available for purchase before, during and after your Immersive Gamebox experience.

Yes! Most venues offer a Game & Drink package which you pre-order drinks for your experience - check out our parties page to find our more! *Subject to location

Yes! You can order during your game and drink throughout!

All of our UK venues offer a drinks service including soft drinks, beer, wine and pre-mixed spirts. Our US venues varies by state, with most offering soft drinks and beers and wine at select venues. Check the venue page to see if your local Gamebox offers full drinks. To make sure your drinks are served quickly and our Gameboxes are in top shape, all our drinks are served in cans or plastic. We do not currently offer food for standard bookings.

Most of our venues are cashless, only accepting card payments for on site purchases. We do however accept cash at the following venues:

Our concession business model is designed to bring 2-5 Gameboxes to an existing venue, for example a Family Entertainment Centre, a movie theatre or a bowling venue. A franchise site is where a third party (a franchisee) opens their own Immersive Gamebox site, that is run in accordance with an agreed set of rules and procedures. We currently have opportunities for both models in major cities globally.

We are looking for operators of existing successful entertainment locations, with the resources and entrepreneurial ambition to make the IGB concession a success. You will bring: a) The space and services for connection b) Staff to be trained in operating and optimising an IGB Concession c) A detailed knowledge of your customers and their journey, so we can best position IGB for success.

We are looking for experienced operators of multi-site businesses, ideally those with experience as a Master franchisee or franchise developer for a brand in retail, hospitality or entertainment. Your experience does not necessarily need to be in location-based entertainment.

You will need to be well-funded with the financial capability to launch and grow your Immersive Gamebox franchise. The up-front capital requirement will include a Franchise Fee of £40,000 and investment in the Technical Pack (hardware required to operate an Immersive Gamebox) of approximately £300,000, per unit. Other fees related to the ongoing operations of an Immersive Gamebox include game content, booking and payment platform and marketing. Exclusivity fees may be applicable for international markets and territories.

Direct financial assistance is not available from Immersive Gamebox. However, we are able to support third-party applications (via banks and other lenders) in your territory.

Definitely. We are particularly keen to speak to partners who wish to develop multiple Immersive Gamebox units. For international markets and territories, we are seeking Master Franchisees with associated development agreements.

We look to develop stand alone venues with at least 8 gameboxes, but it can certainly depend on the market and space available. Concessions are typically 4-5 gameboxes in size.

Our Shoreditch venue has a bar serving different drinks including soft drinks, cocktails, spirits and wine. These are available for purchase before, during and after your Immersive Gamebox experience.

Your gift card will contain a unique code, to redeem your code simply select your venue and choose a game. In the ticketing pop-up input your unique code in the 'Discount/Voucher' code field located at the top of the pop-up.

While we don't do custom values available for our gift cards at present, we do offer gift cards in set values of 10, 20, 50 and 100 values.

Currently, gift cards can only be purchased for specific venues, when purchasing the gift card please ensure you select the correct venue for the recipient.

Our gift cards can only be redeemed on game sessions.

Gift cards are able to be redeemed in store or online when booking. If redeeming online use the 'Discount/Voucher' field located at the top ticketing pop-up, if redeeming in store please ensure you have your unique code with you.

Yes, you are able to bring your own water bottle into the Gamebox with you. Most of all our venues also have drink options available for purchase throughout the game.

Yes, if you wish to purchase a physical gift card, this can be purchased in venue, head on in and talk to one of our friendly team to organise.

There are baby changing facilities available for use in our venues, located in the accessible bathroom.

If you're eager to dive into Squid Game: The Gamebox Challenge Competition, here's what you need to know. The competition welcomes participants aged 21 or over, excluding Immersive Gamebox employees, agents, or immediate family members. As a customer, you're eligible to join if you reside in the United Kingdom, Germany or the United States of America, with the exception of Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues.

All owner-operated and Franchise and Concession venues in the USA, Germany and UK are included, but unfortunately, this excludes Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues. Additionally, our friends in Dubai, Sharjah, are not part of this particular challenge.

The competition starts from 12:01 AM UTC on November 22nd, 2023, to 11:59 PM UTC on December 13th, 2023. Remember, only entries within this timeframe will be considered.

To enter, play a 60-minute Squid Game experience at a participating Immersive Gamebox venue (excluding Dubai, Sharjah, and the state of Colorado) during the competition period.

Once you’ve finished your Squid Game session, share your Immersive Gamebox GIF or a photo of the leaderboard on your Instagram profile feed with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE. Instagram is the only platform for entry, and your post must be on your feed, not in stories.

Keep your profile public during the campaign and winner selection period, as we may use your content for online and print promotions. Your entry should be tied to a Squid Game booking, and the prize goes to the entrant sharing their group's score on Instagram.

If the high score is uploaded to Instagram by multiple members of the group booking the prize will move to a tie-breaker where the winner will be determined based on a computer-generated process.

Absolutely! Any game bundle featuring the 60-minute Squid Game experience includes an eligible ticket. Just follow the instructions to post your Immersive Gamebox GIF or leaderboard photo on Instagram with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE.

Winners will receive a direct message on Instagram from the official Immersive Gamebox profile (@immersive.gamebox) within fourteen (14) days of the competition. If unreachable within twenty-eight (28) days, an alternate winner among the runners-up will be selected.

The runners up will be notified via direct message on Instagram within fourty-five (45) days of the competition. When claiming any Prize you must use your real name.

You will be required to provide proof of your identity, age, address and eligibility on request. Failure to provide accurate information or to adequately prove your eligibility may result in your disqualification and / or withholding or withdrawal of a Prize.

Absolutely! Each entry is tied to a Squid Game booking, so if you play multiple times and share your high score each time, all your entries are eligible.

The grand prize is a thrilling, all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for you and a guest, including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and spending money. Note the maximum cap of the prize value at USD $4000. The prize is non-transferable, and you'll be responsible for additional expenses not explicitly included.

The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for travel including supplying valid passports, arranging visas, covid requirements, and proof of no criminal record.

The Competition flights are valid for travel between 13th December 2023 and 13th December 2024 and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

The four runners-up, determined by the next closest scores to the winner will receive one gift card/e-voucher/pre-loaded credit card valued at $200 or equivalent value in GBP, USD or euros at face value. The runners-up will be notified via direct message on Instagram within twenty-nine (29) days of the competition.

In the unlikely event of technical failures, Immersive Gamebox isn't responsible beyond its control. Rest assured, our content team has rigorously quality-tested the game.

Our party packages are available during open hours Monday to Friday and 10am-1pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Whilst all are welcome to party with us at Immersive Gamebox, these party packages are specifically designed for kids aged 7 to 16.

While not all our venues have dedicated party rooms, we are able to setup a space within the venue for your birthday celebrations. Fashion Place, Utah has a private party and the following venues have semi-private spaces available for hire:

Yes, if we have space in the venue we can add additional gameplay in 30 minute increments. You can either organise this upon arrival at the venue, otherwise feel free to email us on [email protected] to add additional time.

Yes, we require a guardian for each booking to supervise the children. You don’t have to play if you do not wish, however if you would like to play, we require you to purchase a ticket.

No, we provide decorations as part of the optional add on birthday package - decor includes a Happy Birthday banner, party streamers and balloons.

It isn't a party without cake! If you wish to bring in your own cake, it will cost an additional $25.00. We require this cake to be store bought, we do not allow home made cakes in the venue.

Yes, you are able to choose what games you play - this can either be organised upon booking by emailing [email protected] or arrival in the venue.

We do not allow external food to be brought into the venue, within certain venues we are able to offer pizza within the package.

All venues can offer a reserved space or party room as part of the VIP package add-on. This area will be yours for 30min post gameplay and comes decorated!

It isn't a party without cake! We offer cake as an optional add-on, however if you wish to supply your own cake - you can. We will require written confirmation if you wish to supply your own cake with regards to allergens. There is a small charge incurred when bringing your own cake.

No, unfortuantely we are unable to accommodate different food other than our options within the packages.
