TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GLOBAL LEADERBOARD COMPETITION
Players who book Football Arcade or Soccer Arcade between 06/06/2026 and 19/07/2026 are automatically entered into Immersive Gamebox's Global Leaderboard Competition for a chance to win USD $10,000.Lead bookers should acknowledge the following terms and conditions prior to booking:
- This is a skill-based competition. The team with the highest score on the global leaderboard at 23:59 PDT on 19 July 2026 wins.
- Only players aged 18 or over are eligible to receive prize money. Players under 18 may take part and contribute to the team's score but cannot receive any share of the prize, regardless of how the team performs.
- If a winning team has no players aged 18 or over, the prize will pass to the next-highest-scoring team. The score will not result in a prize for that team.
- If a winning team has one or more players aged 18 or over, the prize will be split equally between only those adult players — not the under-18s, even though they helped achieve the score.
- Only players who provide a valid email address can receive prize money. Players who don't share an email when checking-in at the venue, cannot be paid.
- Proof of age (government-issued photo ID) and tax documentation will be required before any prize is paid.
- The lead booker must confirm that, where any player under 18 in their party is not their own child or legal ward, the lead booker has obtained the prior agreement of that child's legal parent or guardian to their participation in the competition under these terms.
