Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings less than 48 hours away (or for tickets purchased within the 48 hour period), you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.

Special packages relating to large groups; such as kids birthday parties, schools and other larger events have additional terms relating to cancellation and refunds. Please see the “parties & packages” tab.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

The price you may see displayed initially is a 'From £...' price. This is the lowest possible price you could book for. However, once you select a date and time the pricing can change depending on if the venues' peak pricing is in effect. Peak times are pre-determined by the venue's busiest periods, typically this will be during school holidays, weekends and busier weekday evenings, can can vary between our different venues.

IGB Cash is the ultimate gift of choice, starting at just £50. It can be redeemed for everything Immersive Gamebox has to offer! We have a range of IGB Cash amounts available for purchase through of IGB Cash page. IGB cash must be purchased for the venue that the giftee intends to play the game at.

We offer General Admission (Ages 12+) and Junior (Ages 3-11) as our two standard tickets. 

We offer discounted tickets Monday - Wednesday* on 60 minute experiences only for Students/Blue Light Card (UK) or Military/College Student (US).

We have games suitable for ages 3 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children. PAW Patrol is perfect for families with children aged 3. For families with children aged 5+ we would recommend Angry Birds or our Junior Bundle. All other games are suitable for ages 8+ to adult, with the exception of Squid Game which we recommend for ages 12+. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the experience. In our US venues, under 18s will need an adult to sign a waiver at the venue upon their arrival.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Immersive Gamebox involves mild physical activity and does not require a specific level of fitness to play. Most disabilities and access requirements, including wheelchair access, can be accommodated for. 

Some of our games are better suited to certain access requirements than others, so if you need advice, please get in touch before booking and we will help you choose on [email protected]. For any players with photosensitive conditions please be aware that our adventures contain digital projections that are a source of flickering light. Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our party package page. Please note, full venue hire is subject to location.

You can create a booking for up to 24 players for any standard booking via the “book now” button at your chosen venue. You can also head to our party package page to review our special packages for large groups including birthday parties, stag/hens, schools, corporate events or other special events.

A number of our party and event packages include food and drink options. Please see our party packages page to find a suitable package.

Outside food and drink is not permitted within the venue with the exception of a birthday cake. Should guests want to bring a birthday cake, this will need to be requested in advance via the customer support team. The cake cannot contain nuts.

Most of our venues do not have separate bars, our new Shoreditch venue has a bar serving different drinks including soft drinks, cocktails, spirits and wine. However our venues without bars have drinks are available for purchase before, during and after your Immersive Gamebox experience. 

Yes! You can order during your game and drink throughout!

Most of our venues are cashless, only accepting card payments for on site purchases. We do however accept cash at the following venues:

Your IGB Cash will contain a unique code, to redeem your code simply select your venue and choose a game. In the ticketing pop-up input your unique code in the 'Discount/Voucher' code field located at the top of the pop-up.

While we don't do custom values available for our IGB Cash at present, we do offer IGB Cash in set values of £50, £75, £100 and £150 values.

Currently, IGB Cash can only be purchased for specific venues, when purchasing the IGB Cash please ensure you select the correct venue for the recipient.

Our IGB Cash can only be redeemed on game sessions.

IGB Cash is able to be redeemed in store or online when booking. If redeeming online use the 'Discount/Voucher' field located at the top ticketing pop-up, if redeeming in store please ensure you have your unique code with you.

There are baby changing facilities available for use in our venues, located in the accessible bathroom. 

If you're eager to dive into Squid Game: The Gamebox Challenge Competition, here's what you need to know. The competition welcomes participants aged 21 or over, excluding Immersive Gamebox employees, agents, or immediate family members. As a customer, you're eligible to join if you reside in the United Kingdom, Germany or the United States of America, with the exception of Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues.

All owner-operated and Franchise and Concession venues in the USA, Germany and UK are included, but unfortunately, this excludes Colorado and states without Immersive Gamebox venues. Additionally, our friends in Dubai, Sharjah, are not part of this particular challenge.

To enter, play a 60-minute Squid Game experience at a participating Immersive Gamebox venue (excluding Dubai, Sharjah, and the state of Colorado) during the competition period.

Once you’ve finished your Squid Game session, share your Immersive Gamebox GIF or a photo of the leaderboard on your Instagram profile feed with #GAMEBOXCHALLENGE. Instagram is the only platform for entry, and your post must be on your feed, not in stories. 

Keep your profile public during the campaign and winner selection period, as we may use your content for online and print promotions. Your entry should be tied to a Squid Game booking, and the prize goes to the entrant sharing their group's score on Instagram.

Winners will receive a direct message on Instagram from the official Immersive Gamebox profile (@immersive.gamebox) within fourteen (14) days of the competition. If unreachable within twenty-eight (28) days, an alternate winner among the runners-up will be selected. 

The runners up will be notified via direct message on Instagram within fourty-five (45) days of the competition. When claiming any Prize you must use your real name. 

You will be required to provide proof of your identity, age, address and eligibility on request. Failure to provide accurate information or to adequately prove your eligibility may result in your disqualification and / or withholding or withdrawal of a Prize.

The grand prize is a thrilling, all-expenses-paid trip to Las Vegas, Nevada, for you and a guest, including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and spending money. Note the maximum cap of the prize value at USD $4000. The prize is non-transferable, and you'll be responsible for additional expenses not explicitly included.

The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they meet all requirements for travel including supplying valid passports, arranging visas, covid requirements, and proof of no criminal record.

The Competition flights are valid for travel between 13th December 2023 and 13th December 2024 and are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Our party packages are available during open hours Monday to Friday and 10am-1pm Saturdays and Sundays.

Whilst all are welcome to party with us at Immersive Gamebox, these party packages are specifically designed for kids aged 5 to 15.

While not all our venues have dedicated party rooms, we are able to setup a space within the venue for your birthday celebrations. Fashion Place, Utah has a private party and the following venues have semi-private spaces available for hire:

Yes, if we have space in the venue we can add additional gameplay in 30 minute increments. You can either organise this upon arrival at the venue, otherwise feel free to email us on [email protected] to add additional time.

Some of our birthday party packages include decorations. If you would like to bring your own event decorations please contact our customer support team - [email protected]. Where possible we will try to accommodate but it will depend on the venue and busyness.

It isn't a party without cake! If you wish to bring in your own cake, it will cost an additional $25.00. We require this cake to be store bought, we do not allow home made cakes in the venue.

Yes, you are able to choose what games you play - this can either be organised upon booking by emailing [email protected] or arrival in the venue.

Our party packages are available during open hours Monday to Friday and Sunday, then from open until 12pm on Saturdays. Parties are available during all operational hours for Gravity MAX venues.

All venues can offer a reserved space or party room as part of "The Ultimate Play & Eat" and "The Mega Play Package".  The specific space available, length of time it can be reserved, and decoration are all venue and package specific, so please check the options detailed within the packages above.

Yes!  However, for the health and safety of all guests, please ensure the cake contains no nuts.  We require written confirmation in advance of your party if you wish to supply your own cake. Unfortunately candles are not permitted however.

No, unfortuantely we are unable to accommodate different food other than our options within the packages.

We require a minimum of 6 players for a birthday party package.

Redemption is super easy! Either stop by our venue and book a session to play, or contact us at [email protected] to book ahead of time.

You can redeem the pass up to 6 times for up to 6 weeks post-purchase, between 8th July 2024 and 9th September 2024.

Yes, you can purchase a standard General Admission ticket for participants over the age of 15.

Yes, you are welcome to bring more than 6 people. When booking, you can purchase a ticket for the additional participants.

Yes, if the children are under the age of 12, we require at least one supervising adult. You don’t need to play if you don’t wish to.

Yes - you are welcome to redeem the summer pass more than once within a week.

For school or kids birthday party package bookings, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel an entire booking or reduce the booking size up to 72 hours in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance of the booking time will not be entitled to a refund. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 48hrs in advance of the booking time.

For full venue hire or other large group packages, bookings include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The remaining 80% of your payment is refundable, providing notice of cancellation (whether that is the entire booking or individual tickets) is provided at least two weeks in advance of the event date. Cancellation requests and booking size reductions must be made in writing by contacting our customer support team or your event sales representative. These bookings can also be rescheduled up to 1 week in advance of the booking time by contacting our customer support team or your events sales representative.

Where free drink tokens are included in the package, these can be used to purchase any soft drink, medium-sized wine, beer, cider, cocktail or a single shot of spirit and mixer. A double shot of spirit and mixer would require 2 tokens. *Alcohol available at select venues only

Any changes to your booking that involves increasing the number of guests attending your booking will rely on the availability of the venue. Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to refuse booking size increases if they are at capacity. Guests are advised to confirm the final booking size 10 days in advance of the booking time (for schools and birthdays) and at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking time (for corporate events and full venue hire) to avoid disappointment.

Zero! The Plug & Play Gamebox is completely self-serve. It's designed to be a turnkey attraction that runs itself, with a 99.5% tech uptime and 95% of any issues solved remotely by our team.

We have convenient locations for work parties and team building in both London and Manchester. In London we have 2 locations in Shoreditch and Southbank and in Manchester we are located within the Arndale Centre. All of these venues are setup to host big groups, with space to host meetings or some post-game social time with food and drinks. Corporate packages are available at our Lakeside Venue too, but party space is more limited, so this is best used for a team-building activity or smaller social occasion.  

Our corporate event and team building packages can cater for teams up to 120 people (venue dependent). 

Manchester: 54 people can play at the same time (this number also triggers a VIP full venue hire) / total capacity 70 people.

London Shoreditch: 54 people can play at the same time (this number also triggers a VIP full venue hire) / total capacity of 120 people.

London Southbank: 78 people can play at the same time (this number also triggers a VIP full venue hire) / total capacity of 100 people.

If your group size exceeds the total number of people who can play at the same time, we will work with you to rotate groups through the experience.

If our pre-built packages don’t offer everything you are looking for, submit an enquiry and we can work with you to build a custom package that suits your needs. Whether you want to add extra drinks packages, additional time, or a party DJ - we will be happy to help!

Bookings for Corporate events and team-building include a non-refundable deposit of 20%. Holiday party bookings for events that fall between Nov 10 and Dec 15 are non-refundable due to the time-sensitive nature of these events. However, if you and your team are unable to attend, we’re happy to move your booking to a future date or provide a voucher for use on future general admission experiences. Bookings for events outside these dates will follow our standard terms and conditions as per above.

Absolutely however this will be subject to availability at the venue. We reserve the right to refuse booking size increases if the venue is at capacity. Guests are advised to confirm the final booking size at least 2 weeks in advance of the booking time to avoid disappointment.
