Check-in

Arrive 10 minutes early to get yourself checked in and split into teams of no more than 6 players (if you've booked for 7+ players) ready for your adventure. There are free lockers in the venue for storing personal items.

No gaming experience or preparation needed

Our games are designed for all groups so just come ready to have fun! While there are no formal age-limits, we have given guidance on difficulty and age where relevant.

To make a booking you must first choose your location then the game you wish to play. Click the book now button and you will be taken to choose your players, date and time. Our Gameboxes hold a maximum of 6 players so when making your booking our system will automatically reserve multiple game boxes to accommodate your group size.

Standard tickets can be refunded up to 48 hours in advance of the booking time. You can do this yourself via the manage my booking button on your confirmation email. For cancellations of bookings less than 48 hours away (or for tickets purchased within the 48 hour period), you will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation. We cannot issue refunds for non-arrivals.

Special packages relating to large groups; such as kids birthday parties, schools and other larger events have additional terms relating to cancellation and refunds. Please see the “parties & packages” tab.

Yes, we are happy for you to move or cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival time. To do this, simply hit the 'Manage My Booking' link found in your order confirmation. Once landed, you can choose a new time or date, or cancel should you wish.

Our pricing is based on a per person, per experience basis and will differ per location. To find pricing information, simply select your game, click 'book now' and explore the different ticket prices and options.

The price you may see displayed initially is a 'From £...' price. This is the lowest possible price you could book for. However, once you select a date and time the pricing can change depending on if the venues' peak pricing is in effect. Peak times are pre-determined by the venue's busiest periods, typically this will be during school holidays, weekends and busier weekday evenings, can can vary between our different venues.

If your group is below 6 you can pay for the additional members upon arrival or email our team to add on the additional players; if over the maximum per room we cannot guarantee availability for the additional guests. You can reduce players and receive a refund for the ticket up until 48 hours prior to your booking by emailing our team on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds for non arrivals.

No, you won’t be put in with another group. Bookings are private and you will only be joined in your Gamebox by those you booked to play alongside, even if there’s only 2 of you!

Once you're on our redemption page, you can select the time and date that suits you. Remember to book using the same email address you used to purchase your pass!

ADVENTURE UNLOCKED

That’s it! Once you’ve hit confirm, you’ll be booked in and you can choose your adventure at the venue! Don't forget to save the original confirmation email to show staff in venue. When you want to visit again, just follow these same instructions for unlimited, game-changing fun!

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of Immersive Gamebox Fun Pass products, including the 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass, and 3-Month Unlimited Play Pass.

1. Pass Validity

Fun Passes are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase.
- 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass: Valid for one calendar month from the purchase date.
- 3-Month Unlimited Play Pass: Valid for three calendar months from the purchase date.

The pass validity period begins on the date of purchase and expires automatically at the end of the applicable period. Unused time cannot be extended, paused, or transferred.

2. Booking Access

Each Fun Pass allows guests to make reservations for Immersive Gamebox experiences during the pass validity period. Each booking allows up to six (6) players in one Gamebox. Pass holders must reserve sessions through the official booking system using their unique pass code. All bookings are subject to availability.

3. Capacity Limits

To maintain availability for all guests:
- Only one Fun Pass booking per hour per venue may be available.
- Once that allocation is booked, additional pass bookings may not be made for that hour, even if other Gameboxes remain available.
- This restriction applies to all Fun Pass types.

4. Game Session Duration

Game duration availability varies by pass type and by venue.
- 1-Month Unlimited Play Pass: Access to 30 or 60 minute games.

- 3-Month Unlimited Play Pass: 30, 60, 90, or 120 minute games available Monday through Friday. 30 or 60 minute games available Saturday and Sunday

Session availability may vary depending on venue operations and game selection.

5. Booking Days and Blackout Dates

1-Month Unlimited Play Pass
- Valid seven (7) days per week.
- No blackout dates apply.

3-Month Unlimited Play Pass
- Valid seven (7) days per week.
- No blackout dates apply.

6. Discounts and Additional Benefits

The 3-Month Unlimited Play Pass includes:
- 20 percent discount on food and beverage purchases when visiting
- 20 percent discount on birthday party bookings (excluding food)
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated.

7. Identification Requirements

Guests may be required to present valid identification upon arrival to verify pass ownership. This policy is in place to prevent pass sharing. Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to deny entry if pass ownership cannot be verified.

8. Non-Transferability

Fun Passes are:
- Non-transferable
- Non-refundable
- Not redeemable for cash
- Passes may not be resold, shared, or used for commercial purposes.

9. Booking Changes and Cancellations

Standard Immersive Gamebox booking policies apply to all reservations made using a Fun Pass. Failure to attend a booked session may result in the loss of that booking opportunity.

10. Venue Participation

Fun Passes are valid only at participating Immersive Gamebox venues where the pass program is offered.

11. Modifications

Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Fun Pass program or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12. Misuse

Immersive Gamebox reserves the right to cancel a Fun Pass without refund if misuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
